This is one of the principles of success. Believe and your belief will create a reality for you. This is both positive and vegetative.
There is nothing that is worse than living on limited budget.
You see something you want but you can't buy it, so you opt for cheaper options only the find out that it's still expensive for you, looking for the cheapest option which is either very old or fake. That's how poverty can be.

This situation worsens if we talk about it in the medical conditions. You have a disease but can't afford good hospital, you opt for a government one only to find out that there is no medicine. People lose life in developing countries just like that.
Just believing in good things happen and working towards them can make me rich.
I can't stop looking for steem even if I don't get any upvote, I have to keep hoping for that one day when will see my post. And my life will change drastically.
Never have hope if you don't expose yourself, and on steemit you have to write.
