Hi #LMAC Friends, Have you ever been afraid of being in the dark? There are many things that we cannot see with our eyes. When we are in the dark, sometimes we think that something terrible is always watching us. Even dead walls seem to have eyes to scare you. Our imaginations run wild and confuse courage and turn it into fear.
I guess we're not afraid of the dark. What we fear is what is in the darkness itself. When we can't see, we start thinking and imagining the worst-case scenario that could happen when there was only black. Fear arises when we plant seeds in our heads. The seed grows into something we fear and grows because we allow that fear.
We need light to find a way out of fear. We need a bright place to feel safe. We know that fear is human nature. You cannot delete or discard it. One thing you can do, Run or Face it.
