Hey everyone as we all know meditation in yoga is very important.
There are two methods of learning dhya:-
Smadhyay
DHyan
In Smadhyay one receives mentally peace and mind words in very discipline.
In Dhyan one practices it so much and its excess practice is called samadhi.
There are two types of Dhyan:-
Nirgum
Sagun
Holding breath in name of God and keeping dhyan in practice is called sagun.
By practising Nirgum Dhyan takes practics to Samadhi.
