Have you ever heard that "weekends are made in China"? It sounds funny, right? I'm not trying to pull a stunt or steer up an argument here but it is said so because weekends do not last, just as same way cheap Chinese products do not last.
After the academic stress of the day, I retired to my bed a late hour, woke up strong and healthy, and expressed my gratitude to God. I took a cup of water while sitting on my bed, then listened to some motivational talks and inspirational music.
What a way to start the day with a positive vibe. I stepped out boldly on one of the lonely roads in my institution to work out.
The road is usually lonely on weekends but not on working days.
I was able to hit 5000 foot count so that i won't get exhausted for the day because i have other activities to take care of before settling down to read.
Thanks for reading 🫶
