I received a text from a friend that said:
"Just finished a book that you MUST read. The Kind Worth Killing. It was amazing!!!
Read it. I dare you. We can discuss on our next long run. It's amazing!!"
Ok....I'm in!
I have a unicorn goal to read 100 books in a calendar year. The closest I've gotten is 64 and this year my goal is only 24...this one put me at the half way mark.
I finished this book in about 4 days it was a fast read with a lot of twists. Some that I saw coming and some that I did not.
I gave this one ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.
It missed the 5th star for me because the ending left me slightly unsattisifed.
The short premise of the book with out giving away any spoilers is this:
A rich man meets a woman in a airport bar. Their flight has been delayed and while drinking he tells the woman that his wife has been cheating on him and using him for his money. The woman is sympathetic and listens. He mentions that it makes him want to kill her and the woman startling agrees that he should and she will help him.
...AND THEN the story really unfolds! Things are not as they seem!
This one had me thinking about it even when I was wasn't reading it and still has me thinking now that it's over.
Read it and then make your friends read it!!!
