Lunch time..
I have told to my friend "Lola" that I am on a diet what I mean not to eat rice, less for carbs. but the rice is on the table already in other side thankful that there's a tea. I was shy to say no since I am late and everyone is waiting for me before eating. I've thought they're just finished in fact just going to start when I arrived. I'm so hungry after walking so long. This house is far from the high-way you should go inside the village tho.
Food stuffed
It maybe looks the same but it has different flavor inside. In fact, the same process of cooking. I came over to this guest house because I've always wanted to eat her Okonomiyaki..I've tried to other restaurant but taste not good as this for me. This is more tasty and meaty..
Ingredients
- All purpose flour
- Baking powder
- Fish powder / fish soup add on 150 ml water
- Cabbage
- Corn
- Chayote
- Bacon type of pork
Everything slice in a small amount mixed together and wait until it's cook. Served this with Okonomiyaki sauce.
Ingredients...You can add or replace other vegetables and meat.
