Cooking the native way of cooking pansit using the fresh miki noodles. It is fresh and being sold by kilo in the wet market. It is different from spaghetti stick. This noodle is soft and a native noodle in our country most especially in the province. We can mix anything as you wish to cook with either beef, chicken or shrimps. It is so delicious and my family was happy that I cooked it last night for dinner.
