“Those who contemplate the beauty of the earth find reserves of strength that will endure as long as life lasts.” - Rachel Carson
Greetings fellow Photography Lovers, Travellers and Discoverers!
Today marks the 3rd edition from my Swiss gallery.
This time the theme is gonna be totally different from the last two posts. This time the landscapes are gonna be in tune with nature as they can be, cuz it’s time for some Glaciers.
This is the so called “Rhone Glacier” and it is the most popular and historically important glaciers in Switzerland.
Well some say it’s also the most striking in the whole Alps i can’t vouch for that, but it’s beautiful.
Anyway it is also located near the Furka Pass and it’s elevation is around 3000 meters above sea level. You can actually spot it easy from the road itself.
The Glacier itself is source from Europe’s major rivers - River Rhone
It flows through Switzerland, Lake Geneva and also through France so i could say that this particular Glacier is important for whole lotta people and yeah standing before it feels powerful.
That’s it for today i invite you to follow me one last time very soon where i will share with you my last piece of my photography with close up shots of the ancient blue ice and some close up shots beneath the actual ice caps.
Im leaving the best for last and definitely me as a photographer my best photography ever.
See ya! 👋🏻😄
