I don't know about you, but whenever I eat nachos, I just can't seem to stop. Here is an easy guilt free nacho recipe and I promise you they won't disappoint!
Ingredients:
1.5 servings Joseph's Lavish Bread (if your grocery store doesn't have it, Amazon does)
1.5 servings Perdue Precooked Chicken ( I was lazy )
2 servings Trader Joe's Roasted Tomatillo and Mango Salsa
1 serving Trader Joe's Fancy Shredded Mexican Blend Cheese
Total macros for the entire tray:

Total calories: 365
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Cut lavish bread into triangles or to a shape of your choice.
- Spray tray.
- Put the lavish bread on and sprinkle salt to your liking.
- When preheated, put in oven for 5-7 minutes.
When the nachos are done, spread the rest of the ingredients on the nachos and put the tray back in the oven for 7 minutes. Let them cool for a few minutes.
