Basically, laziness is the worst thing in the present time. When laziness appears in a person, he does not want to do any work. Basically, although he wants to work, then due to laziness he cannot complete his own activities.
In the same way, when laziness appears in students, students cannot continue their educational activities. Students need a lot of energy in their bodies to study. When the energy in a student's body becomes weak, he cannot express any interest in that education.
I have seen in many schools and private rooms. There, the teacher is trying to explain any subject to the students on the blackboard. But the students do not show any interest in that subject. Rather, the students are closing their eyes and going to sleep and their laziness seems to have no end.
Basically, to remove this laziness, students have to complete several activities. One of these is that students have to exercise regularly.

Exercise plays a very important role for a student. If students exercise regularly to manage their lives, it helps to restore energy in their body. Exercising increases the body's immunity and the cells return to their proper position. As a result, some energy comes to the body.
It is not possible to eliminate laziness by exercising alone. To eliminate laziness, the right quality of nutrition and vitamins must be applied to the body. A student must eat energy-rich and protein-rich food in the morning. Believe that after waking up in the morning, drink water with lemon and water. Moreover, there is a possibility of good benefits if you mix honey with it.
Students may have a deficiency of vitamin C in their body. D If there is a deficiency of vitamin C in the human body, laziness occurs. Therefore, vitamin C and vitamin D multivitamins must be taken at the same time. Especially if we can arrange for our students to feed green vegetables, this is very beneficial for their body.
Basically, the most terrible thing in a student's body is laziness. If laziness occurs, the student cannot continue his/her studies. Problems arise in various fields and laziness destroys the student. So let us keep an eye on our bodies and the bodies of our students so that laziness does not take root. If there is a need for vitamins in their bodies, we must try to fulfill them immediately. I think it is very important to go to the doctor and get adequate treatment if necessary.
