Hi Dears Steemians
From Sunday 16 April to the approximately a 4 pm I have no Internet service in my home due to several failures that have occurred since then.
I am subscribed to the Internet service from 10 mega - bites that supplied the State company CANTV (a company that was expropriated in my country by the Government of President Chavez, several years ago) my family and I have had telephone service for many years, all was well while this company was private but unfortunately since the company was taken over by the Government , your attention and service to waned considerably.
It is is very consistent in the telephone service, nearly obsolete or very old Internet networks, and an endless problems that are not worth mentioning, and those problems affect all Venezuelans pay month-to-month service, in my case by not having Internet service I cannot work or share my post with the community of steemit, or doing any research to complete my thesis and be able to graduate.
They are already 3 days without Internet.
This not only happens to me, many of my neighbors you is happening the same thing, there are areas of my city where the Internet works but is more slow than normal or others as it is my case in which only open pages governmental and national banks, only that!...
I've communicated several times with the CANTV company to look for solutions to the problems affecting us but I have not yet had reply, my only option was to move me with my laptop to Internet cafe or the House of a friend that if have Internet, risky to me that robbed as and leave me without my working tool (insecurity in Venezuela is one of the most in the world).
Censorship or network problems?
Venezuela is going through very difficult times right now, domestic channels do not transmit the truth of what is happening by fear to be sanctioned by the Government, and international channels transmitting what is happening in the country, as CNN in Spanish, NTN24, among others, were removed from the cable operators, by order of the Government claiming an alleged incitement to anarchy and hate only broadcast the news of the opposition marches to the Government.
Our only way to be informed, is the Internet, and casually these faults in the service were exacerbated this week, a week that as yesterday took place protests in across the country, mass marches and the sad demise of 4 people.

Very little is on this subject because I have no Internet to find out what is happening in my country, this post I am writing it in a cyber café, then go to my house, the streets of my city San Cristobal, are very insecure at the moment.
I hope that this problem is resolved soon and is only a failure of service and not a Government censorship.
Meanwhile I will try to post from the site where to get something from the Internet, sorry if it takes me some time to respond to your comments, I know what happens.

Venezuela: ¿Acceso a Internet Limitado? - 3 dias sin poder Publicar en Steemit
 mi familia y yo hemos contado con el servicio de telefonía desde hace muchos años, todo iba bien mientras esta empresa era privada pero lamentablemente desde que la empresa fue tomada por el gobierno, su atención y servicio a decaído considerablemente.
Se presenta fallas muy constantes en el servicio telefónico, redes de Internet casi obsoletas o muy antiguas, y un sin fin de problemas que no vale la pena mencionar, y esos problemas afectan a todos los venezolanos que pagamos mes a mes este servicio, en mi caso personal al no contar con el servicio de Internet no puedo trabajar ni compartir mis post con la comunidad de steemit o hacer alguna investigación para culminar mi tesis y poder graduarme.
Ya son 3 días sin Internet.
Esto no solo me sucede a mi, a muchos de mis vecinos le esta ocurriendo lo mismo, hay zonas de mi ciudad donde el Internet funciona pero es mas lento de lo normal o otras como es mi caso en la que solo abren las paginas gubernamentales y de bancos nacionales, solo eso!..
Me he comunicado en varias oportunidades con la empresa del estado CANTV para buscarle solución al problemas que nos afecta pero aun no he tenido respuesta, mi única opción ha sido trasladarme con mi laptop a ciber café o a la casa de algún amigo que si tenga Internet, arriesgadome a que me atraquen y me dejen sin mi herramienta de trabajo (la inseguridad en Venezuela es una de las mas grandes del mundo) .
¿Censura o Problemas de Red?
Venezuela esta pasando por momentos muy difíciles en estos momentos, los canales nacionales no transmiten la verdad de lo que ocurre por temor a ser sancionados por el gobierno, y los canales internacionales que transmitían lo que ocurre en el país, como CNN en español, NTN24, entre otros, fueron retirados de las cable operadoras, por orden del gobierno alegando una supuesta instigación a la anarquía y al odio, solo por transmitir las noticias de las marchas opositoras al gobierno.
Nuestro único medio para estar informados, es el Internet, y casualmente estas fallas en el servicio se agudizaron esta semana, una semana en la que como el día de ayer ocurrieron protestas en todo el país, marchas multitudinarias y el triste fallecimiento de 4 personas.

Muy poco se sobre este tema porque no tengo Internet para averiguar lo que esta pasando en mi país, este post lo estoy escribiendo en un ciber cafe, para luego ir a mi casa, las calles de mi cuidad San Cristóbal, son muy inseguras en este momento.
Espero que este problema se solucione pronto y sea solo una falla del servicio y no la censura de un gobierno.
