I first started noticing that packaging of our smoked sausage went from 16oz to 14oz about four years ago, but the price did not. Today we pay the same as the four year old pricing , but now we get 10oz. I guess food prices must be like the frog that slowly gets cooked when put into cold water that's increased slowly over time. We have started hedging our food costs with long term food solutions and you may want to consider the same asap.
