There was a period of time in my life when all I listened to was Led Zeppellin. I listened to them all the time. I got everything I could get - bought every album, searched for every little piece that I could find, and listened to it - over and over and over.
This was before the age of the internet. There were no search engines to gather everything up at the click of a few buttons. This is when albums were treasure. You listened to complete albums - not just a hit single here and there. You got to digest a full peice of work over a period of hours and days. The music became a part of your day - a part of your life. Good times, bad times...
If you never lived through those times, you missed out. In fact, I pity you. The younger generations are being deprived of so, so much.
Here is a hypnotic song. A song you could lose yourself in. Take some time out and release your stress...
(From YouTube: Led Zeppellin - Topic)
I always thought it was funny how no part of this song is about a train - but it really makes me think of nothing but watching a steam train going down the tracks...
