Steem has shown incredible resilience in the midst of the market downtrend that has put Bitcoin more than 50% below it's previous high. Steem has teetered around $5, hitting $4 a couple of times, but not much lower. The vesting of Steem Power is definitely playing it's part in this and I'm glad to see it. It stops those who would have weak hands from selling in a panic, which is good for them even if they don't know it yet. My prediction that Steem will hit $100 still stands; nothing has changed. The social media community and economy that is imminently going to explode once SMTs are in full swing will raise it as such. I'm going to accumulate as much Steem Power as I possibly can while it is at these levels. Once Steem is a top-10 cryptocurrency again, all those who had the clarity to see that it was coming will be rewarded. Hodl on and Steem on, fellow Steemians! :)
