Today I felt really good in the gym. I think I’m starting to get a little bit stronger and more stamina with my workouts. It’s a lot of fun.
Overall I feel pretty good, but I do have some things that I can do to feel even better. I may actually stream me doing some body maintenance tomorrow. A little roll warmup and stretch.
Should be pretty nice....
