Hola amigos! hoy traigo un post cargado de hermosas imagenes de la naturaleza y tambien veremos algunos sitios historicos del centro de la ciudad osea en Lisboa, y es que realice un sendero de mas de 12km atravesando uno de los parques mas grande Portugal, hacer ejercicio es una de mis practicas favoritas y lo que me motiva es siempre investigar lugares donde que pueda descubrir y aprender mas sobre la ecologia local, este parque esta en medio de la ciudad y sirve como un local de distraccion, entrenamiento y aprendizaje! si pretendes visitar Lisboa en tus proximas vacaciones no te puedes perder el parque Mosante exactamente el sendero amarillo.🍍🐢🐍🧭

I took my hiking poles, put fresh clothes in my backpack, put on my hiking boots and was ready to organize my strategy to walk this long and hard trail! Previously, I had already completed the Green, Red, White and Gray colors, leaving yellow last, which is quite difficult because we have to walk the entire park! I recommend a lot of water and something to protect you from the sun since in summer the park is too hot and the temperature can reach almost 40 degrees! You can get here by public bus, metro or your own vehicle. You have many places where you can leave your car without paying! The park is quite safe. I only recommend you not to go at night!🐍🚗🧠
Tome mis bastones de excursion, meti en mi mochila ropa fresca me coloque mis botas de excursion y estaba listo para organizar mi estrategia para recorrer este duro y extenso sendero! anteriormente ya habia completado el Verde, Rojo, Blanco y Gris dejando de ultimo el amarillo que es bastante dificil porque tenemos que caminar todo el parque! te recomiendo mucha agua y algo para protegerte del sol ya que en verano el parque es demasiado caliente y la temperatura puede alcanzar los casi 40 grados! puedes llegar aqui en autobus publico, metro o vehiculo propio tienes muchos lugares donde dejar tu carro sin pagar! el parque es bastante seguro solo te recomiendo no ir de noche!🚗🌏

Mi aventura hoy esta llena de hermosos paisajes y bastante variado hay alturas de la caminata que pasamos por puentes de madera o de piedras y llegamos alcanzar los 180 metros de altura regalandonos una hermosa vista de Lisboa, hasta una diversidad de plantas que solo crecen en zonas humendas, luego mas adelante vemos zonas mas secas donde crecen plantas suculentas o deserticas! es toda una variedad de paisajes! el terreno tambien es complicado muchas subidas y bajadas haciendo de la experiencia algo dificil de cumplir! si venimos en invierno probablemente no hay calor pero el terreno esta lleno de lodo por tanto es a tu eleccion.🍍🧭🌳🌲

Adoro descubrir sitios escondidos en mi pais y apesar de ser monsanto un parque en medio de la ciudad esta experiencia va mas alla de solo caminar! por ejemplo puedes conseguir varias estructuras dentro de las instalaciones que pueden llevar alli mas de 400 anos, una de esas es el famoso acuaducto (aguas livres) una de las visitas obligatorias si vienes a Portugal, fue construido en el siglo 17 y hay mucha historia envolvida en el! por ejemplo el primer asesino serial de Portugal mato muchas personas lanzandolas desde el acuaducto y nada parecia sospecha porque en esa altura habia crisis en Portugal y las personas se suicidaban! por tanto caminar entre estas piedras es dar un viaje al pasado Portugues! 🌲🌏📚🚩

I have to say that the walk is quite confusing and the signs are minimal so we can easily get lost, I think it makes the adventure more interesting so my advice is: (take a map). When you pass the aqueduct you are almost halfway there, there are 6km in total 12km counting the return.📚🌏🌲
En mis primeros tres kilometros de caminata ya habia disfrutado de un bonito paisaje, podemos ver algunas plantas y animales que son propias de un ecosistema mediterranico! tengo que decir que la caminata es bastante confusa y las senalizaciones son minimas por lo que nos podemos perder facilmente, me parece que hace la aventura mas interesante por lo que mi consejo es: (lleva un mapa). Cuando pasas el acuaducto ya vas casi a mitad de camino, son 6km en total 12km contabilizando el regreso.🌳🧭🌲
Squirrel photography🐢🌏🚩
I was surprised because I didn't know that in this park I could get squirrels, and to my luck I saw three individuals climbing a dry tree, I don't know if they are active in the midday sun but it was 1:00 p.m. when I photographed it! maybe for you it is something common in your country but it is very rare to see squirrels in Portugal they are too elusive

Me sorprendi porque no sabia que en este parque podia conseguir ardillas, y para mi suerte vi tres individuos trepando un arbol seco, no se si son activas en el sol del medio dia pero eran las 13:00 cuando la fotografie! quizas para ti es algo comun en tu pais pero es rarisimo ver ardillas en Portugal son demasiado escurridizas🌲🐿️

After completing this trail and with my experience I could classify it as a difficulty: medium, I wouldn't say high because there is no demanding physical effort, that is, we don't have to climb or go down any cliff, it's just walking and sometimes the terrain slopes, which is required of us. good resistance! Luego de culminar este sendero y con mi experiencia podria catalogarlo con una dificultad: media, no diria alta porque no hay un esfuerzo fisico exigente osea no tenemos que escalar ni bajar algun acantilado es simplemente andar y algunas veces el terreno de inclina lo que nos exige una buena resistencia! el sendero puedes realizarlo con ninos simplemente no lo completas todo.🐿️🍍🚩
