Pancakes with smoked salmon
Ingredients
- 120 g of flour;
- 1 pinch of salt;
- 1 large egg;
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil;
- 250 ml of milk;
- 1 small piece of butter;
- 50 ml of sour cream;
- 150 g of smoked salmon;
- a few stalks of dill.
Preparation
Mix the flour and salt. In the middle, make a small groove, pour in the egg and olive oil and mix. Do not stop stirring, slowly pour in the milk. Give the dough a homogeneous consistency.
Melt the butter in a frying pan and fry the pancakes on it on each side for a minute. They should acquire a golden hue.
Put on each pancake a little sour cream, a few small slices of salmon and decorate with dill.
