Garlic bruschettes with tomatoes and basil

Ingredients
- 1 baguette;
- 1-2 cloves of garlic;
- a few tablespoons of olive oil;
- 3 tomatoes;
- several branches of basil;
- 150 g of hard cheese;
- salt - to taste;
- ground black pepper - to taste.
Preparation
Slice the baguette slices. Cut the garlic in half and chop them slices of bread on both sides. Lay the baguette on a baking tray and pour oil.
Cut the tomatoes in half, remove the seeds and cut into small cubes. Mix them with crushed basil, grated cheese, spices and a little oil. Leave for 10 minutes.
Then put about a tablespoon of this mixture on each slice of the baguette. Bake bruschettes at 180 ° C for several minutes until the cheese melts.
