- No Soda!
- Drink 1 gallon of water a day
- Work at least 3 times a week for 30 mins (if starting out) if not 4-5 times a week for 45 mins
- do 25 squats every time you go in the bathroom
- 30 seconds plank in the morning before you get ready and 1 minute at night before you go to bed
