It's simple, they give you an "energy" amount that replenish itself. You choose the energy you want to use and click spin. They will show you ads between spins, you look at them and then spin again.
Once you get a nice amount of ETH bits you ask for the payment. I waited until I had 305,980 ETH Gwei. You need a Coinbase account to use this app, they only use Coinbase!
To redeem just click the 3 lines at the top left and click where it says "claim now".
Then a box will show to confirm, just click "Yes, of course!".
Then a message saying "Claim success" will pop up.
A few minutes later, 10 minutes to be precise, you will received the ETH Gwei in your Coinbase account.
305,980 ETH Gwei is 0.26¢. If you want to get a higher amount then just keep using the app until you have lots of ETH Gwei before redeeming.
