Alot of us can relate to this storyline of Marcus, let's all learn from this Storyline and grow financially...
I made up this story in search of clearly And i will share it with you all here and will expand more on another publication.
There was a man named Marcus. He lived in a small town. Marcus had a strong desire to be successful and leave his impoverished life behind, Because of this, he spent his days reading books and listening to motivational speeches, hoping to find the inspiration he needed to make a change in his life. In fact, Marcus believed that he was destined for greatness and that his current situation was only temporary. He dreamed of owning a big house, driving a fancy car, and being able to provide for his family without any financial worries.
Despite his best efforts, Marcus remained poor. He took on odd jobs around the village, worked tirelessly, and saved every penny he earned. He even tried starting a small business but it failed miserably. Marcus refused to give up, however He knew that success was just around the corner, and he continued to listen to motivational talks and read self-help books. He even attended seminars and workshops in the hopes of learning new skills and finding new opportunities.
Years went by, and Marcus continued to struggle. He watched as his friends and neighbors moved on to bigger and better things while he remained stuck in the same place. He never lost hope, though. He believed that one day, his hard work and determination would pay off.

I will tell you how Marcus can truly rise to the seat if greatness and overcome every form of challenge, however I think Everybody is doing the same thing and Everyone is applying the same strategy even though the strategy is not working, but because others are doing it, they are propelled to do it.
In media, we call that the "Bandwagon effect"
And because of that, everyone finds it difficult to think outside the box. Unfortunately, better result doesn't come from doing the same thing that everyone is doing. Being excellent requires that you 'unbox' yourself. Uncap your wings just little bit and that's where true power comes from, That's where result lies. The cost of this is also known as Individualized attention
That's what everyone is looking for, People do not want to be treated like everyone else. They want to be treated uniquely, with consideration for their needs, likes, fear and aspirations. Your duty as a business person is not to try to re-tune them, at least, not at this stage, but to move in the direction of assuring them that you understand perfectly as individuals, and not as people, So, next time when someone comes to you, don't overlook their difference - it's their critical response factor, And even if they are not visible, it's your duty to discover those factors that set them apart from others.
