Last Man Standing Results Week 1

We are at the end of the first week of the Last Man Standing knockout competition for 50 S.B.I and out of 35 contestants 13 got knocked out already. It was not a good start as Manchester United drew which means there was a mass.Wolves also lost which was a major surprise especially to yours truly who picked them . So I am knocked out which is fine because one of the rules of steem basic income is that you cannot send to yourself. There were some major exits this week with the former champion Hive account@davor27 falling to his knees. The difficult second season Hive account@davor27, I am sorry for your troubles. The other former champion Hive account@jclark got through with Everton playing very well this weekend beating Cardiff 1-0. Below are the results and a brief summary and some consolation prizes.

Hive account@abh12345 first time entry in last man standing ended in tears today with Manchester United unable to beat Crystal Palace. Unfortunately drawing a game means an immediate knock out. Hive account@cryptoandcoffee who is waiting for a rugby competition is gritting his teeth and picking a football team. You are through and I cannot think of anyone else that will have the fixtures out between musing posts to makes sure he wins and gets the prize!

But I will translate it for you badger, The Man City franchise had 4 insertions against the West side Hammers and the game was over after the second quarter with a Leeroy Sane body kick against a pretty lame West Side Hammers deefense and some dumbass goal tendering.

Hive account@janton commented on the last man standing posts 125 times with every question imaginable. He then entered the competition 5 minutes before the deadline saying that he didn't want to win. He picked Watford so his wish came through. Hive account@janton your special prize is that you can watch the new Coen brothers film the ballad of Buster Scruggs and I asked your wife if she can give you a beer and a nice comfortable chair during the film.

Hive account@futuremind Everton ended up being a great choice and you still have the top 6 to choose from next week. Those who pick the top six in the first 3-4 weeks risk a harder challenge later on in the competition. Good choice.
