IS THERE A THING LIKE A GOOD LEADER AND A BAD LEADER?
First of all, let us get the meaning of the word "Leader". According to the oxford english dictionary, it defined a leader as "A person or thing that leads in a certain field in terms of excellence, success, etc."
Going by this defination. A leader directs people in the part of excellence and succes. He guides people in a certain field to the road of success. In other words, anyone who does not guide others to the road of succes and excellence is not qualified to be called a leader.
Now is there a thing such as a good leader and a bad leader? The simple answer is NO!
Going by our knowledge of a leader above, anyone who does not direct to succes and excellence is not a leader and thus can not be refered to as a bad leader. A leader is a leader. And is fully emboded with the characteristics of guiding people to excellence. We cant have a bad leader, if a person has derailed from the sole responsibilites of a leader, you are no longer qualified to be called a leader.
