Steem on the rise (again)

Steem price is heading up again.
From beginning of April until today we had an increase of 100%

Great news for all people like myself who just joined the community this year and promote the growth.
What are the factors behind it?
Not sure 100%, but there are a lot of interesting developments, like:

• steephot (=Instragram + Steem) by Hive account@steepshot team
• zappl (twitter + Steem) by Hive account@thedegensloth
