The story that got world media attention happened in Germany September of last year. The owner of the McLaren Spider - Markus Zahn - found that his beautiful sports car, apparently worth €310,000, was damaged by the donkey named Vitus as he mistook the orange car for carrots.
What a crazy world we live in! An animal is sued for his behaviour! Of course the paint damages done to the car, around $6,845, will have to be paid by the owners of the donkey. What do you think of this case? Should the owners be liable for the actions of their donkey, or was the owner of the car wrong to park his car next to a paddock?
