One of the things that I like about Merch by Amazon compared to other Amazon affiliates like the Associates and Kindle programs is you get paid 30 days after the month rather than 60 days later.
Normally, you know by the 15th of the following month what you are getting paid for the previous month but for some reason June's report was later than usual this month. Here is June's numbers:
$222.38 is what I will get paid for on July 29th. It's not a lot but overall I'm pretty happy with it considering for the first part of the month I had my shirts priced at $11.99 to try and sell enough shirts to get tiered up to 500. When you only making 39 cents a shirt, you can't expect to make too much overall.
The monthly total goes off what Amazon actually ships out that month. For example, if you sold a shirt on the 29th but it didn't ship out until the 2nd of the following month, then it will be on the next month's earnings.
July started off pretty bad but it's picked up so I expect to keep with the upward trend of increasing my monthly earnings all the way through the rest of the year into the holiday season. Hopefully, June was a decent month for all of you too. I'd love to hear about it in the comments below.
