A pretty active day for working almost 13hrs. I took the bus slash walked to work and walked home plus a walk to lunch (at 4pm...) put me at 11k by the time I got home. A workout later and we are here at 16k!
Workout:
A bit of basket ball warm-up and free throw practice (17 for 25 free throws!) followed by...
3 rounds
15 - pull lift
15 - push lift
20 - bw squats
50 - mountain climbers
And then ran 30 floors back up to my apartment...
A bit fragmented but not bad!
