This is a photo of my favorite kettlebell that I did t-nations 10,000 swing challenge with a few years back. Nothing so extreme at the gym today but I wanted a more relevant photo than my last few.
Today was my first day back in the gym after a holiday break out west. I just shot around a bit while do 100 lunges for warmup then followed with a variety of weights and the steam room. I'm still trying to get back to a rythym after I've fallen off track in November.
Here is to tomorrow being day 2!
