What did you have for your breakfast?
Beef steak for breakfast is little awkward? I sometimes think to have some meat in the morning. If it's too early, I just intake one or two bacons, eggs and a bread after coffee. One day, I thought that I really had no energy. I usually have some Korean menu at that time. But, why not some meat? Beef Tenderloin Steak for breakfast was my choice.
I sliced some vegetables. Boiled vegetables would've been good because it was morning, but I wanted to have more baked taste in that morning. I might just want to change my breakfast.
I had a very good Beef Tenderloin I bought the day before.
I needed something fresh. I had orange juice with ice on my table to help me to enjoy the meat well.
I am not a vegetarian but also I don't like meat so much. At first, I was worried that while preparing, the steak might be a bit too much for breakfast. It was an idle fear. Digestion was good and I was not so hungry until the evening. Deliciously eating a food I want to eat may be more important than when and how I eat it. Enjoy days !
