What am I going to have for lunch?...
I opened my refrigerator and containers. I had delicious kimchi my mom sent to me. I have flour. Oh! Sujebi! I opened my refrigerator again and checked vegetables. There were no vegetables I need but it wasn't a big problem. Basically, my mom's kimchi will take care of the taste of my sujebi well.
I made a mixture with hemp seed. I left it in the refrigerator after wrapping it up in plastic wrap and then I chopped kimchi. In 10 minutes, water boiled. A fun journey making sujebi began in earnest. I lower the heat. I put chopped kimchi in the boiling water and I teared the dough quickly.
The dough was perfect. Dough for sujebi should not be sticky. When you touch the dough, it should not be left on your hand. If the dough is too gooey, it is fail even if it can be sujebi. ^^
Bogle-Bogle!! I like that delicious sound.
Ingredients:
flour, hemp seed, little salt for dough
kimchi, seafood ground, soy sauce, cayenne pepper ground or Korean hot pepper ground, little black pepper for soup
Add all to your taste.
NOTE.
If you have zucchini, spring onion and potato, add some. You just need a little veggies.
Thank you!
After having a lunch, I didn't feel hungry till night.
I went out to walk and I had a piece of cake for dinner at a cafe before coming back.
