Every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday I will post an updated video detailing out the adventure within this survival world. The
I find Minecraft content to be relaxing and soothing for me and getting into the world can often get exciting. I love to get into creative builds and hosting people on the server to have fun adventures and games. Playing Minecraft with my School-Age students helped me make a ton of relationships with my students.
Minecraft Bedrock Realm Let's Play #1 "I got to stop Umming!"
In this episode, I am showing around the survival world as it is just starting out. Luckily within the seed, we have started out with this really cool individual island right next to the world spawn area. This way everyone who joins the world will be able to see our structures and make use of any tools I put out. My main house is simple enough on the island off on its own and it felt good to get some Sunflowers pointed towards the island to start off the day.
As the episode is going on I am discussing some ideas I have for the main area. The title of the episode is me taking accountability for something I know I should be better at. Saying "Um" on camera is a big no-no for someone with my media experience. By adding the title to my first episode I'll have to look at it every time I load the video or playlist causing me to have that internal conversation with myself. I like to create hubs that people can visit to pick up tools so separate from the main house.
Main House Area
The main house area is located on a solo island. The house is made out of cobblestone and is connected to the main continent by a cobblestone bridge. In my house, I keep a chest full of individual and block items. In the block items chest, there are tons of resources to build with. In the individual item chest, I can pull out some food or other miscellaneous items and tools.
Forest
Now the seed we landed on had a pretty cool open plan area, but almost no trees! It took me a five-minute walk to get out to an area with at least 1 sapling for me to bring back close to the world spawn. As people spawn into the world for the first time they will see these trees and the way that they are grown to be.
Strip Mine & Office
To collect Iron, Diamonds, Coal, and Redstone I am utilizing this awesome mountainous area. The Office idea came to me as a safe area to dump off any extra dirt, cobblestone, or gravel. Also to have a safe space to sleep and get away from any of the monsters visiting the area.
Recruiting other Players
It would be amazing to get some more people in on the episodes. Particularly looking for some people from the Hive blockchain who may be interested in making this kind of content. We could schedule build challenges or bed wars. Any kind of PVP idea would be a ton of fun to do.
