So... what was on @BraaiBoy's braai this past week?

I made some sushi earlier this week... and if, like me, you thought sushi was just raw fish, then you would be mistaken :P

This refreshing summer sushi snack/start is definitely going to be something I do more often.

If they look a little bland, that's because they were... I was quite skeptical at first, but the prawns were braaied without any spices/seasoning.

The cooked prawns were however tossed around in a delicious ginger, garlic, onion fish sauce before being wrapped in cucumber... and the result was something totally unexpected, delicious and made me wishing we had made more.
