Going to Oahu this year with the fam and though I have been a dozen times or so, I still feel the need to research and plan out what to do...mostly eat!

So, here’s my list of restaurants to try...
- Kai Coffee - latte, guava bagel, Maka’i Roll
- Hank’s Haute Dogs -the Hawaiian dog with Portuguese sausage, mango mustard and pineapple relish
- MW Restaurant- Ahi poke bowl, mochi-crusted fish, Kula strawberry shave ice
- Pioneer Saloon’s-plate lunches
- Owens & Co. - souvenirs such as Island Moonbow Farms’ Wai Meli Local Raw Honey, Sweet Brown Hawaii caramels, Maui Shrub Farms’ Pineapple & Sage Shrub and local beans from the Ka’u coffee belt
- Piggy Smalls- crispy umami potatoes, Pho-Strami Dip, ice coffee
- Dukes Lane Market & Eatery- Basalt- Ahi poke, charred tako (octopus) and crispy adobo chicken wings
- Azure- freshest fish on the island
- Liliha Bakery-coco puffs
- Romy's Kahuku Prawns & Shrimp -north shore and fresh!
- Helena’s Hawaiian Food. - menu D with a side of butterfish collar
- Fresh Catch- poke bowl
- Uncle Clay’s House of Pure Aloha - bowl of delicious Li hing mui fruity syrup topped with things such as the signature sweet dream sauce, locally made ice cream from Lalamilo Farms, fresh fruit, mochi or adzuki beans.
- Aiea Bowl- pumpkin crunch dessert, lemon toffee cake
- Rainbow drive in- plate lunch (loco moco) and check out Rainbow tiki for souveniers
- Uncle Bo’s (2nd Best Restaurant on the island) -Haleiwa
