If you guys have been following my blog for awhile you will know that I'm willing to share with you my lowest moments or at the very least laugh at myself. The picture above where I look like I'm severely bloated to the core was a post from almost 2 years ago when I was showing how ridiculous before and after photos can be. That post actually hit trending and if you look at how much the post made you will be shocked. It was a different time back then and it was very hit or miss.

After that in the fall of 2016 I broke my tooth jumping off a cliff at Havasupai Falls. Here is the video of that if you want to check that out.
After breaking my tooth on that jump it caused additional issues and I had to ultimately get a root canal which I got done down in Mexico.
After I showed you guys that I also informed you when I broke my nose playing basketball.
So What Illness Am I Talking About?
The root canal and the broken nose are in result of me being active but in late 2012 I was diagnosed with someone called neurally mediated hypotension. This causes low blood pressure from faulty brain signals. It comes and goes and I have never been able to totally get a handle on it. Sometimes I'm fine for month and then sometimes it just hits me to where I feel like I'm going to pass out or have a heart attack. In 2012 I ended up in the hospital because I thought I was having a heart attack at Wal-Mart. Recently my symptoms have been hitting me.
The odd thing is it is day to day. One day I will feel like Superman and be playing basketball and trying to dunk on fools. The next day I feel so messed up I have a hard time driving a few miles down the road without feeling like I'm going to pass out and run off the road.
There have been times when I have been having a simple conversation with someone and it felt like someone punched me in the chest and hit me upside the head at the same time. Almost like my heart skipped a beat or something.
Half the time I don't know what to do to correct the situation. Sometimes it seems like the only remedy is to lay down and go to sleep. It is almost like when I go to sleep it resets my nervous system.
I'm seeing other people on YouTube who have a similar issue and they will document their experiences and a lot of times it is similar stuff to what happens to me. Then sometimes it is almost like just the feeling of these symptoms coming on causes anxiety and amplifies the situation further.
One day I'm dunking on fools and feeling like a god king and the next day I feel like I basically can't do anything. It is so bad that I feel like I can't sit in a chair without feeling like I'm going to fall out of it. I get real dizzy and I look like some tweaker who has been using meth or speed for 15 years. It sucks and I don't know how to fix myself.
I don't want you guys to feel sorry for me. Things could be way worse. On the bright side it actually helps me feel better to get a pump in the gym. I think once my muscles constrict it causes my blood pressure to go up some and makes me feel more normal.
I just wish I could get a handle on it 100%. It is a terrible feeling when these symptoms kick up. So if you have some weird unexplained medical situation that you can't figure out. You aren't the only one.
