The server maintenance is completed. Here's the update.

• New server for Hive account@broadcast bot to serve YOU better.
• All users must register their Steem account, this is to prevent users creating dummy account and abuse of service.
  To register, send 0.001 to Hive account@broadcast with memo:register
  In #registration channel, type $register [account]. If everything is ok, Hive account@broadcast will be ready to serve you.
• Upvoting power changed from 7.5% to 10%, this will continue to increase as the community grow.
