If you want to see me happy, take me to nature, and everyone who knows me knows that, especially my family. In this case, my eldest daughter took it upon herself to make me happy one day and took me to El Junquito Metropolitan Park, which is a park in my city. There, you can enjoy a cold, fresh mountain climate, as it is located in this part of the city where the mountains reign supreme. To get there, you have to take public transportation if you don't have a car. Fortunately, there is plenty of transportation to that area, as it is quite touristy and popular for its cuisine.

But what I personally like most is the nature that surrounds it, as there are countless plants and trees all over the place, as well as horses that visitors can enjoy riding. These horses have their own spaces for care and other needs, which has always been a characteristic of the place. Personally, I just like to watch them, ha ha ha, because the last time I rode one in this very park a few years ago, it went into a ravine to eat wildflowers with me on its back, and I got the scare of my life, ha ha ha.

So now I prefer to enjoy watching them in their habitat, relaxed and happy. On this occasion, I preferred to walk with my daughter and enjoy the landscape before our eyes together; she also loves nature and everything related to it, so we were both excited to admire the landscape we hadn't visited in years, since she was a teenager. Memories began to flow amid the green grass and beautiful sky that surrounded us.

We also took the opportunity to immortalize the walk with several photos of our visit; we posed in various places or simply pointed our phone cameras at what took our breath away or seemed beautiful to us. We could see that everything was just as we remembered it, even better, with more details, security, and greater care of the common areas; I loved that. Everything looked very neat, apart from having public services in optimal condition, such as public restrooms and places where they offer chocolate, hot coffee, and local sweets.

But what undoubtedly gave me the most sense of well-being was the fresh air and the tranquility that these landscapes inspire in me, because it's like arriving in another world where everything stops, everything is relaxed, and it forces you to slow down and simply admire what's in front of you. It makes you want to walk and walk, and that's what we did most while we chatted and caught up. Like us, there were many people who came from the city to relax and spend time with their families, friends, or partners.

And what we noticed most was that those who enjoy nature the most are children, but not only them; I think everyone enjoys it in their own way. Some, like us, were simply walking, others were horseback riding, and others were sampling local food or drinks. Others were looking for the best shots for their photos, whether of the landscape or the popular places in the area, which cater to all tastes. But in our case, the view in front of us was enough to make us feel part of this universe. I have always thought that nature is perfect in all its splendor and that our Creator made absolutely no mistakes, because everything is perfect.

Si me quieren ver feliz, llévenme a la naturaleza, y eso lo saben todos los que me conocen y, por supuesto, mi familia. En este caso, mi hija mayor se encargó de hacerme feliz un día y me llevó al Parque Metropolitano El Junquito, que es un parque que queda en mi ciudad; allí se disfruta de un clima de montaña, frío y fresco, ya que queda en esta parte de la ciudad donde las montañas son dueñas. Para llegar a él hay que tomar transporte público si no tienes carro particular; afortunadamente, hay bastante transporte hacia esa zona, ya que es bastante turística y popular por la gastronomía que ofrecen.

Pero lo que más me gusta personalmente es la naturaleza que la rodea, pues hay infinidades de plantas y árboles por todo el lugar, aparte de que hay caballos que ofrecen para el disfrute del público visitante, para paseos; estos tienen sus propios espacios para sus cuidados y demás; esto siempre ha sido característico del lugar. Particularmente, solo me gusta verlos, jajajaja, pues la última vez que me monté a uno precisamente en este parque hace unos cuantos años, este se fue a un barranco a comer flores silvestres conmigo encima y me llevé el susto de la vida, jajajaja.

Entonces ahora prefiero disfrutarlos viéndolos en su hábitat, relajados y felices. En esta ocasión preferí caminar junto a mi hija y disfrutar las dos del paisaje que teníamos ante nuestros ojos; a ella también le encanta la naturaleza y todo lo relacionado con ella, así es que éramos dos emocionadas admirando el paisaje que teníamos años sin visitar, desde que ella era una adolescente aproximadamente. Los recuerdos empezaron a fluir en medio del pasto verde y el cielo hermoso que nos rodeaba.

Aprovechamos también para inmortalizar el paseo con varias fotos de nuestra visita; posamos en varios lugares o simplemente apuntamos nuestra cámara de nuestros teléfonos hacia lo que nos quitaba el aliento o nos parecía hermoso. Pudimos constatar que todo se mantenía como lo recordábamos, incluso mejor, con más detalles, vigilancia y mayor cuidado de las áreas comunes; eso me encantó. Todo se veía muy prolijo, aparte de tener los servicios para el público en óptimas condiciones, como lo son los baños públicos y lugares donde te ofrecen chocolate, café calientito en conjunto con los dulces propios de la zona.

Pero lo que indudablemente más me dio bienestar fue el aire puro, la tranquilidad que estos paisajes me inspiran, porque es como llegar a otro mundo donde todo se detiene, todo es relajado y lo obliga a uno a frenarse y simplemente admirar lo que se tiene enfrente; provoca caminar y caminar, y eso fue lo que más hicimos mientras charlábamos y nos poníamos al día y, como nosotras, había muchas personas que venían desde la ciudad a relajarse y compartir un rato con sus familias, amigos o pareja.

Y lo que más pudimos observar es que quienes más disfrutan de la naturaleza como los mejores son los niños, pero ellos nada más no; considero que todos a su manera. Unos como nosotras simplemente estaban caminando, otros montando a caballo, otros degustando alguna comida del lugar o bebida. Otros buscaban las mejores tomas para sus fotos, ya sea del paisaje o de los lugares populares del lugar, que los hay para todos los gustos. Pero en nuestro caso, con la vista que teníamos enfrente, fue suficiente para sentirnos parte de este universo. Siempre he pensado que la naturaleza es perfecta en todo su esplendor y que nuestro Creador no se equivocó absolutamente en nada, pues todo es perfecto.

Espero que disfruten de los paisajes en mis fotos, así como yo disfruté de verlos en persona.
