Last summer i was lucky enough to be able to snap few shots with one of the most iconic lenses ever made, a Zeiss Biotar.
As if that wasn't awesome on its own, this particular one was a custom model, adapted with a Sony E mount. Meaning it fits perfectly on any Sony E mount body without the need for any M42 adapter, and with the perfect distance between the glass and the camera's sensor.
Just a handful of these were ever made this way in the whole wide world, and most likely by the same person.
In this first image I shot one of our Aeoniums.

Portuguese Summers are normally hellish, reaching 40C pretty often, and this day was no exception.
Despite having a rare gem in my possession I decided to stay in the shadow and simply shoot some of our brave balcony survivors.
The one bellow is a Sage plant, but what really mattes is the bokeh behind it.
Simply gorgeous!
