Efforts and results… two sides of a coin, that is what they are. Trying to separate one from the other will be almost impossible. While we very well know when we’re putting in the effort, the arrival of the results might vary, depending on what exactly we’re expecting. Sometimes it’ll be so long that it will be as if no result is forthcoming, and other times it will be immediate. Also, there will be times when the result we get would not tally to our expectations.
Either way, this is one major aspect of our lives that should never be taken for granted. It is effort that brings results, and results is the building blocks on which the society stands. We are where we are as a people today because there were people who took it upon themselves to put in some effort for some results.
So, do I have an experience with efforts and results? Well, duh!
Every day I wake up, and I put in more and more work, the grind never stops no matter how hard it gets. There is this assumption that effort always equals results, and that is correct. The amount and kind of work you put into something is what will determine the kind of result you get to receive. The smarter people these days choose not to work hard, thanks to the majority of technological advancements available all around us.
These days, if you can afford to pay someone to do basic things for you while you focus on making more money, it would be smarter for you to just do that. Because no matter how we look at it, there are some things that no matter the effort we put into them, they’ll still give the same results. While there are things that we would do only a little and the results would be mind-blowing.
Over time, I’ve learned the value of outsourcing so that I can focus on doing the things that matter the most; like making money so I can pay for the outsourcing that I’ve been doing and quite a number of things as well.
Take a look at all the great people in life. They all did something to earn that level of success, what a lot of us see when we look at them is just the results. We have no idea what the efforts were and the cost it took to go through them all. Even for celebrities and this includes even the celebs you believe have no talent at all, they all did something so they will be having that level of success and I can assure you that it didn’t come for free. It takes a lot of work.
It might seem like there are people who do nothing and yet seem to have everything, which is probably because there is someone else who has done all the work for them. That’s just how it is. As you struggle to make ends meet, there is someone who is relaxed because someone else is doing the effort and
bringing the results home. Still, there will be people who literally do nothing because everything has already been bought and paid for.
Life simply puts you in one of these situations and you’ll have no choice but to deal.
