I along with so many other Steemians have been disheartened to see so much "technical analysis" spam on the #Steemit network. Particularly disturbing is the fact that very few of these analyses are conducted by known, reputable sources, yet they seem to make sometimes ridiculous amounts of money.
This has resulted in "whale wars" in which high-SP individuals have conducted street justice, for lack of a better phrase. Such wars are inevitable in my view because spam is spam -- just because it's shrouded in technical analysis jargon doesn't detract from this fact.
However, I also recognize that many people are tired of the heated aggression. Still more are shocked to get downvoted because they sided inadvertently with the "wrong" people.
What's my take on this issue?
To be honest, I sympathize with the whale enforcers. That doesn't mean I accept people getting wrongfully accused. However, people should be rewarded for genuine, creative works -- not BS spam. The whale enforcers do the ugly job that few are willing to do.
I think this helps all of us. From my own personal example, I think my extensive, empirical analyses is worth more than a few cents, which is typically what I earn. Others I know share this same experience.
The typical response is to lash out in anger, which I've been there, and done that. Unfortunately, and let me just drop a #truthbomb here, Steemit tends to have a "cult" mentality, and like a genuine cult, there are certain things you shouldn't do or say -- expressing anger/frustration is one of them.
So what is a hard-working Steemian to do?
Time to Cut the Crap!
Moving forward, instead of just sharing my analyses and other research reports, I will reveal HOW to do your OWN analyses!
Honestly, why wait for some jerk-off spammer to give you #cryptocurrency alerts when you can do this yourself? I will teach you, step-by-step, using very simple and accessible tips to develop your own #investing system!
Furthermore, I will show you ALL the commonly-agreed upon technical analysis patterns, straight from the GODFATHER OF TECHNICAL ANALYSIS John J. Murphy!
With my extensive work and how-to guides, you can be a legitimate technical analyst, and I'm not f--king around, either. It's my goal that with the free education I will provide, you can take the Chartered Market Technician exam and do very well!
Stop being someone else's bitch and be your own analyst!
Too many people are suckered into the spammer's cult of personality. They're led to believe that they have something special that you can have for 3 low monthly payments of $39.99.
Don't buy into the hype! There's nothing new under the sun!
Since this is the #blockchain era, we should be about decentralizing information, not centralizing it for the benefit of cult leaders and spammers!
So if you're down with this message, be sure to follow me to get my latest updates, education and information! Thank you all very much!
