I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life...
The past days have been ones where I have been getting some things done that take up time. Yesterday I went over to my parents place mainly to help them switch from an old decoder to a new tv-box from the provider. I also switched my phone provider to save quite some costs and got an extra tv-box for my appartment so I don't always have to switch it around. It was quite hot and I skipped on a dog walk. I do plan to resume those soon as it's been a while.
I also kind of fell back in some old bad eating habits and haven't managed to get a new good streak going. It doesn't really reflect in my weight but it has caused another bad flare on my skin which sucks as I now have to start all over again there.
