It may still not be much, but to this 6.3 km was the longest run I have ever taken in my entire lifetime! I am somewhat of a comfort runner who does not really want to get into any pain, have stiff legs the day after or spend too much of my time doing long runs. I have come to really enjoy the morning runs I started doing mainly thanks to the steemit running community though ( Thanks & #runforsteem ! ) and I will surely continue to do them and get the health benefits.
The plan to do a moring run 7 days in a row each time increasing the distance really worked exactly as I planned it and I will do it over again soon with slightly longer distances slowly building it up so I can do 10km without any discomfort. I also might get myself a hearthrate meter just to know how high (or low) it goes.

I'm also starting to get hooked on my new home made plant based lasagna recipe. It is really easy to make, quite cheap and very similar to traditional comfort food but healthy. I made it this time based on tomatos
