I made THE best pizza last night. OMG. I used this crust recipe: http://www.gardenandtable.net/unos-authentic-deep-dish-pizza-free-recipe-below/ and then made deep dish crust.
I filled it with more of our cherry tomatoes from the garden, feta, spinach, mozzerella cheese. Half the pizza was also filled with ground beef and pepperoni.
I love that we had all the ingredients on hand when the craving hit! We're really low on funds right now and can't afford to go buy anything, but I tend to keep all of the bread ingredients on hand. We also had some of my homemade marinara in the freezer from earlier this year as well as a little bit of cooked ground beef.
Jaedin and his girlfriend had stopped by to visit. Paris and Earl were up and about. They were comparing pets and oohing and aaahing over their odd reptilian pets.

Good company and GREAT food! Everyone who had some pizza was raving about it. I am DEFINITELY going to be making this again. The BEST thing about pizza is how easy it is to customize to everyone's different tastes. <3
