You know that I'm trying to contribute to Steem Blockchain focusing my theme on music. I have noticed that some Steemians are only using Steemit (or Busy...) to enter contests and win STEEM/SBD. I don't think this is the way to make Steem blockchain attractive. Creating content is very important for this blockchain so I've decided not giving prizes to users who:
✔ don't have an avatar
✔ are not posting own content, only content to enter contests
✔ users under 25 reputation
I'll build my own blacklist of users who don't follow these rules
