HIVE ONBOARDING SEMINAR: TEACHERS LEARNING THE BASIC OF HIVE AND THE OCD ONBOARDING PROGRAM!

My day has never been as wonderful and productive as last Friday! Contrary to our routine as teachers, last Friday we were students actively engaged with the new and interesting topic discussed by our Professor Hive account@indayclara,😉 The HIVE Blockchain.

HIVE ONBOARDING SEMINAR: TEACHERS LEARNING THE BASICS OF HIVE AND THE OCD ONBOARDING PROGRAM, FACILITATED BY @INDAYCLARA.

I joined hive end of May this year. My journey has been both fun and challenging. Everything went smoothly for me as a newbie because of the OCD Onboarding Program.

I have not found a platform like this, a home of creative minds, a very supportive community, a blogging platform wherein writers can publish articles and get rewards, and lastly a chance for a meaningful engagement with all writers/bloggers around the world. How I wish I have known HIVE 5 years earlier.

Because of this platform I have met a lot of bloggers, people with the same interests as mine, and people with overflowing precious and kind words. I was able to interact with them and gained knowledge about other people, places, work, culture, history, and passion. I must admit I need to give more time and effort to engaging other bloggers because of my work demands, but I am trying my best to work on it more.

HIVE is complex and wide, I thought I’ll be having a hard time knowing the do’s and don’ts and the how and why’s of it, fortunately, I got my best mentor! Thanks to Hive account@indayclara’s strong support and guidance I am slowly learning and adapting to the HIVE Ecosystem. I could give plenty of reasons for how wonderful and beneficial HIVE is, so, I shared my blogging experience on this unique blockchain with all my colleagues, and guess what! They’ve all shown burning interest in this platform! And just like me, they couldn’t wait to hear more about it!

OCTOBER 14, 2022: ON THE DAY OF THE SEMINAR

I message @indayClara for her available schedule last week and told her about our plan to go to a Café Shop for a personal Orientation about Hive. However, the venue was changed from a “Café Shop to a Classroom” attended by the whole faculty. You can read the story behind it on her blog.☺️

Everyone was excited for the clock to strike 2 o’clock. Teachers were eager to learn and _earn. When Hive account@indayclara arrived she prepared all the things she needed and then she started the seminar with so much enthusiasm.

HIVE AND ITS BASICS

Hive account@indayclara started the seminar in "Learning the Basics of Hive", what is Hive Block Chain, its decentralized system, and how it works, and she also gives insights on Cryptocurrency. Teachers were all ears for this new information. I could see their growing excitement as the seminar goes on. After the discussion of the Basics, Hive account@indayclara showed them the interface of Hive account@peakd, and the features, and functions it has: from the communities, the feeds, the wallet, and many more.

Hive account@indayclara also tackled how to create a quality blog emphasizing the #introblogs as this will be the first blog they have to create.

OCD ONBOARDING PROGRAM

The highlight.

Hive account@indayclara thoroughly discussed the program and its initiative to help newbies. I and Hive account@missleray were given the chance to speak and share our OCD Onboarding Experience. My testimony was full of gratefulness that I was able to join Hive.

The whole seminar took 2 hours without breaks! Imagine how attentive my colleagues were! And imagine how high the level of endurance Hive account@indayclara
has! She delivered a thorough orientation about HIVE! While listening, I felt like I was having a Refresher Course! It's great to learn and relearn HIVE.🥰

The seminar ended with QandA and picture taking.☺️

Why share and spread HIVE?

Coz why not? ☺️Beautiful things like HIVE is meant to be shared.

Professional Growth and Coping Up with the Demands and Trends as a 21st Century Teacher.

Hive's blogging platform is a great opportunity for teachers to share their experiences, travels, and stories and read and gain insights from other bloggers too. HIVE is also an avenue for teachers' professional growth in a way that we can hop on the trend of the positive and productive use of social media. I've read some latest Research on language communication, teachers and students are encouraged to do web blogging. So the Hive blogging platform is so timely for us teachers to share and influence students and learners in the E-world.

Another reason to share which is secondary is, you cannot find a platform where you can publish your articles for free and you are given rewards on returns. It's a win-win situation!

Positive Feedback

As of this writing, my colleagues are already starting to make drafts of their #introblogs. I can't guarantee a 100% registration from them, however, I can guarantee a 100% impact of Hive on them! But as Hive account@indayclara said that she has zero expectations, I am manifesting a positive result.☺️🙏 It may not be so soon because of our full schedule and our teaching loads but it is for sure, that sooner or later another educator will be joining Hive.
