Cryptograffiti is a merchandise creator who has started the "You can buy a fraction of a Bitcoin" movement. He says the idea behind his campaign, is to educate the general public that buying portions of a Bitcoin is possible. This makes buying Bitcoin seem more attractive, as people are not so easily scared off by the price now.
Cryptograffiti says that when he sold his merchandise in exchange for Bitcoin, he often noticed that a lot of people weren't aware that buying fractions of Bitcoin are possible, and this is what gave him the idea for the shirt and the movement.
