We return with the content that I liked to publish the most: food. I spent many days away from this due to personal problems, one of my dog's health that I already mentioned in some previous posts, but today we return to what I love the most: FOOD đ´
This time they are about delicious cachapas, the typical food of the plains of my country and since I am a llanera I LOVE cachapas.
Cachapas are a kind of tortilla made from sweet yellow corn, which is generally bought already ground, as is my case.
In case they cannot get it ground, they can buy the yellow corn, shell it and liquefy the grains until they are completely ground and from there continue with all the procedures I did in the video.
In the video I didn't add milk because I didn't have it, but I like to add half a cup of milk in addition. Other ingredients used are: 1 egg (for texture), 2 tablespoons of melted butter (for softness), salt, and 1 cup of sugar. This will give it a special flavor.
The cachapas are wonderful, whoever has tried them knows that it is so. I hope you like this recipe.
