I haven't earned enough STEEM to start buying Canna tokens but Hive account@canna-collective is a up and coming upvote and delegation service with a nice VIP option. Right now all hodlers with 100 or more Canna tokens gets a decent upvote from their accounts. Same goes for all users who delegate at least 1000 SP. Not sure how long the current VIP upvotes will last but they have said it wont last forever.
