A mid-week (Tuesday) wedding isn't the normal for us, but when we heard what was planned for Journie & Daniel's wedding, we were totally onboard. Yes, Journie's mother was a bit of a hippie and named her after the band Journey in case you were wondering (her story to me :D) They wanted something unique and different. Something small, intimate, and with their closest family/friends. On top of that, Journie had her heart set on one of the iconic glass chapels of Arkansas. Garvan Woodland Gardens was her location of choice and for us....it was a HELL YES!
Set in the woodlands just outside Hot Springs, Arkansas, this location was amazing. A sculpted garden with glass chapel, art installations, a tree house structure, Japanese gardens, waterfalls, iconic views...this place has it all. Top that off with some perfect weather of 73 degrees and sunshine and you have the makings of a perfect outdoor wedding day.
We feel truly blessed to capture this one on photo & video and can't wait to share more...but for now, here are some sneak peek photos from the day
