When I lived on the eastern seaboard, I noticed that everyone was in a hurry. I found it intresting that they viewed going to the shopping mall as more work that they needed to accomplish, oddly enough where I grew up going to the shopping mall was a little bit of a relaxing adventure.
If you have a personal problem in your life (like having to go to the shopping mall) try changing the way that you see things (change your perspective)
I do not usually devote large blocks of time to learning things (sometimes I do) but a large part of my life is me haveing like 30-40 smaller ongoing projects.
So some of the things that I done today, is I went outside during an "earthing" session.
-“Earthing” also called “grounding” stems from the idea that in modern city life we no longer have direct physical contact with the Earth, and therefore are losing out on purported health benefits of exchanging electrons with the surface of our planet. A handful of small studies have found that grounding appears to provide some general health benefits, such as better sleep, less pain, reduced stress and tension, and better immune function compared to study participants who weren’t grounded. One study suggested that earthing eliminates the potentially harmful effects of the electromagnetic fields given off by all the electronic devices that surround us. According to earthing proponents, you can ground yourself by walking outside barefoot, sitting on the ground or being connected to the Earth via grounding devices that transfer electrons from the earth to your body. There are even special shoes that feature copper contacts the soles, linking the body to the earth.-
When possible (and convienint) I try to combine my earthing sessions with my eye streches. And while I was walking around I checked in to see how my okra seeds were growing..they are not..yet. I quickly inspected my blackberry bush (which I started from my friend/neibors blackberry bush. The origional bush was planted about 34 years ago. I think that it is neat to have stuff that has been moved and is not exactly "new". The blackberrybush is a blacksatin blackberry bush, so the bush is completely thornless.
I am intrested in organic sustainable development and one day plan to have some chickens. And I have thought "how will I feed my chickens (there are a few diffrent answers) but one of the answers is that chickens eat blacberries (plus you would not need to trellis thoes blackberries) I was thinking about chicken feed last night and a person can plant sorgum moleasses and feed them the seed heads, but I realy think that the idea is neat to capture insects and let the chickens eat the bugs. Specificly I am thinking of japanise beetles

Even though japanese bettles fly, they fly like a ballon flies and they are very clumsey. The traps that you buy have a smell that the japanese bettels like and they fly into the traps.
You can cut a hole in the bottom of thoes traps and the bugs will fall on the ground..maby like a min later they will fly away but by that time your dino-chicken will have eaten the bugs (I said dino-chickens because I hear that modern day chickens are close relation to dinosaurs)
I am going to get ready to go to the gym now...and if GOD wills it I will make it there!
