Greetings Steemeans, I want to tell you the beautiful gift I received, I still do not believe it.
Today, as usual, I visited my grandparents' paternal home. I usually visit them at least once a week. We had a wonderful time catching up, sharing anecdotes from the past while drinking coffee with cookies.
It really was an amazing day, everything was going great until it was time to leave, I did not want to leave them.
Before leaving, my grandmother surprised me with a gift wrapped in a delicate red paper and a note that said: "For a passionate literary art, enjoy it as much as I did."
He had not yet opened the wrapping and was already nervous about joy. I knew it was a book, both for the note and for the silhouette, but I had no idea of the jewel that was being handed to me.
Still nervous I opened the paper very carefully anxious to know that there was inside. When I finished opening it I could not believe what my eyes were seeing. It was nothing more and nothing less than The Complete Poetry of William Shakespeare and in its bilingual edition.
What a pleasant surprise! What a thrill I felt! An emotion indescribable with words. I could not believe that that beautiful, unique piece of priceless value was completely mine. I have in my hands the work of "The Swan of Avon" the greatest poet of all time.
Believe me that I still do not cheat the joy. I invite you to read this work so admired by me. They will not regret it.
I will be sharing with you your poems and sonnets.
